Our Mission
is to provide adults who are in need of care and/or help with daily living a supervised, engaging environment. We provide respite for caregivers and compassionate care for our clients. Our licensed facility is a safe, cheerful, and home-like. Abundant family-friendly life and activity takes place at CWLC • Gonvick, bringing joy and stimulation to the lives of our participants.

Who will Benefit?
Stroke, diabetes, heart disease, dementia, chronic pain, osteoporosis, arthritis, sight and hearing challenges, depression and loneliness and special needs are some of the health histories that can be helped with participation in adult day services. The program regularly connects participants with friends and community. These relationships positively transform the lives of participants and caregivers .

Cost may be covered by MA or long-term care insurance. Private pay accepted. Subsidies available as needed. |
